TV and radio programs

For TV and radio programs, list the scriptwriter, presenter, director and/or producer in the author position (as appropriate), and use parentheses to identify their contribution.

To refer to an individual episode in a series, insert the title (not italicised) after the broadcast date and add [television series episode] or [radio broadcast]. Then use the word In: as for a chapter in a book, and record the producer in the position of editor. Radio broadcasts may not have a specific title.

Complete with the organisation responsible and the country of production:

Scriptwriter A (writer) & Director B (director) (broadcast year). Title of broadcast [format]. In: Producer A (producer), Title of program/series, Network OR Production Organisation, City or Country, broadcast date.

Williams R (presenter) & Nickerson C (guest) (2014). Experiments in space reveal genetic master switches in pathogens and vaccines [radio broadcast]. In: Fisher D (producer), The science show, ABC Radio National, Sydney, 29 Mar.
